We are currently recruiting for a receptionist for a company based in Woking.
The ideal candidate would have receptionist experience and working knowledge of Opera database.
Key duties & responsibilities:
Booking meeting rooms
Taking payments & producing invoices
Dealing with enquiries
Meeting & Greeting visitors
You will be the first point of contact for the company & work with a small vibrant team.
Excellent communication skills are key for this role as well as being a team player.
