Our prestigious client is currently looking for a Receptionist / Administrator to join their team!

• Are you looking to gain further experience in an Office / Customer Service environment?
• Would you like to expand on your skill set and learn whilst at work?
• Have you got excellent organisational skills?

If so, this could be the role for you!

The successful candidate will assist with Reception and Admin duties. These would include;

• Provide a professional front of house service and welcome service to all visitors as first point of contact.
• Handle the switchboard in a polite and professional manner
• Clearing up meeting rooms
• Booking/Cancelling meeting rooms
• Dealing with incoming/outgoing post, delivering to tenants
• Any other general duties as required.

The desired candidate will have a professional and friendly manner along with have strong organisational skills.

You will have the ability to communicate with all colleagues and visitors at all levels and able to multi task on daily basis.
