- Welcome visitors to the office
- Be first point of contact for any client or visitor query
- Providing visitors with refreshments
- Dealing with in-bound / outgoing post
- General administration duties (typing and photocopying)
- General office errands
- Arranging buffet lunches
Experience and skills required
- Professional and courteous manner
- Previous receptionist experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
