The Client

Wales leading independent firm of accountants and professional advisors are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join their Cardiff Office. Paying £18,000+ company benefits. Key responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors to the office
  • Be first point of contact for any client or visitor query
  • Providing visitors with refreshments
  • Dealing with in-bound / outgoing post
  • General administration duties (typing and photocopying)
  • General office errands
  • Arranging buffet lunches

Experience and skills required

  • Professional and courteous manner
  • Previous receptionist experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
