Receptionist

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Receptionist to join a thriving organisation based in Blackburn. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to progress their career with a growing company.

Duties:

  • To provide a professional main point of contact in the Reception area.
  • To meet and greet customers, contractors and other visitors, issuing PPE when necessary.
  • Monitor visitor access and issue appropriate paperwork, following the company policies and procedures.
  • Answer the switchboard, screening calls when necessary.
  • Distribute correspondence and arrange courier consignments.
  • Organise meeting rooms.
  • Arrange transport and accommodation in the UK and Internationally.
  • Take minutes in certain meetings.
  • Proof read documents.
  • General office administration
