We are currently recruiting for an experienced Receptionist to join a thriving organisation based in Blackburn. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to progress their career with a growing company.
- To provide a professional main point of contact in the Reception area.
- To meet and greet customers, contractors and other visitors, issuing PPE when necessary.
- Monitor visitor access and issue appropriate paperwork, following the company policies and procedures.
- Answer the switchboard, screening calls when necessary.
- Distribute correspondence and arrange courier consignments.
- Organise meeting rooms.
- Arrange transport and accommodation in the UK and Internationally.
- Take minutes in certain meetings.
- Proof read documents.
- General office administration
