This market leading company is looking for ad-hoc Receptionists for their busy reception in Liverpool City Centre.
Your new role
You will be managing a busy reception desk where your main responsibilities will include meeting and greeting clients, answering a busy phone line and issuing visitor passes. You will also be connecting calls to various areas of the business and completing ad-hoc administration duties including typing and filing for management.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have previous experience of working on a busy reception, have fantastic communication skills and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills. You will be proficient on Microsoft Packages, be able to use your initiative and have a flexible approach to work.
