My client is a growing company which are well known in their respective sector. Based in Sale, they are looking for a Reception Administrator to join their team. With a fast paced company atmosphere, you will be involved in the front line of the company’s ambitious growth plans and represent their vibrant and busy atmosphere.

The duties will include:

  • Providing a first point of contact for telephone and visitor enquiries

  • Managing of daily post and deliveries

  • Providing some administrative support to Secretarial team

  • Ad Hoc office administration duties

  • Handling calls from other offices

  • Coordinating facilities and security for the office

The ideal candidate:

  • Will be able to handle multiple tasks at once

  • Has previous experience working in a fast paced office environment

  • Demonstrate a positive and hardworking attitude

  • Be friendly and professional with clients and visitors

  • Be adaptive to the business needs

  • Proactively look to provide support

  • Highly organised

The package will include a great salary of £18,000-£22,000pa, working hours of Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm. With onsite parking, 25 days holiday and a great matched pension offer.
