YOUR NEW JOB...
This is a key role to effectively and efficiently manage the reception service to all clients of the Company.
• Respond to enquiries from all callers
• Provide accurate information to callers on the departments and activities within the Company
•To arrange appointments for appropriate staff to documents
•To enter new deeds on the system, find deeds ready to be issued and update the system for deeds
•Attend to deliveries left with reception as appropriate
•Ensure fax machine is in good working order/order cartridges as required
•Manage distribution of incoming faxes, ensuring they reach the correct destination asap.
•Take payments from clients in accordance with the Cash Handling Policy
•Prepare the reception appointment chart on a daily basis and maintain diaries for fee earners and meeting room
•Send and receive emails
•Search for client information on database as and when required
•Ensure reception area is always tidy and welcoming
To apply for this role we are looking for somebody who has excellent customer service skills able to multi task with IT skills.
WHATS ON OFFER…
Working Hours - Full-Time 35 Hours (9-5pm Monday - Friday)
Salary - £14,250
