We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist for our clients based in Dudley.

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for the professional business and also carry out several Administration duties to support the team.

Duties & Responsibilities;

  • Meeting & Greeting visitors
  • Preparing refreshments
  • First point of telephone contact
  • Arranging appointments via diary system
  • Taking messages and forwarding onto correct member of the team
  • Scan the company post and distribute
  • Document management and filing
  • All administration duties to support team as requested


  • Experience within a professional office environment
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Computer Literate
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office packages
  • Presentable and courteous

This is a part time position working 25 hours per week with the hours being Monday to Friday 12pm - 5pm on a temporary to permanent basis after 12 weeks.
