This is a position in the busy reception of a FTSE 100 company in the hospitality and catering sector. The role would suit someone who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills

You will be the first point of contact for the business for both internal and external customers. You will be responsible for operation of the main switchboard and the front desk within our Head Office.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and redirecting phone calls in a pleasant and efficient manner
  • Greeting and tending to visitors professionally
  • Receiving and sorting incoming and outgoing post in accordance with procedure
  • Ensuring that the reception area is maintained and kept clean, tidy and presentable
  • Performing other administrative duties on an ad hoc basis

The ideal candidate will have:-

A focus on delivering high standards of customer service

Confidence to work independently at times

A positive and flexible approach

Ability to multi task

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
