*Temporary Receptionist Required*

You will be working in a fast paced and ever changing environment. You will need to be a highly adaptable, fast learner to take on this challenging but rewarding role where no two days will be the same.

Your typical day will involve:

Being the first port of call for all visitors, signing them in and directing to the correct place which on occasion will need to be a fast and efficient process.
Answering and handling any inbound telephone calls.
Carrying out general administration and reception duties.
Completing data cleansing on the company specific systems

To be successful you will ideally have:

Experience in a reception role and working in a fast moving environment.
A proven track record of providing an excellent level of face to face and telephony service.
Strong IT skills, including being proficient in MS packages.
A confident outgoing personality with the ability to act with a high level of professionalism.
The ability to use your own initiative and not be afraid to ask questions.

In return you will be working for a national company who have in a friendly team. You will need to be available immediately for a minimum period of 2 weeks, working full time Monday to Friday 8-5. If you feel that you would be a suitable candidate please apply using the details on this advert.
