A city based financial services client is looking for a corporate Receptionist. Based in super slick offices, you will be working alongside one other to provide a first class professional front of house service. This will include managing multiple meeting rooms, ensuring they are presented to the clients specification each time, arranging video conferences, escorting guests to the rooms as well as ordering and managing office stationary stocks and supplies, booking in and managing the meeting room diary and ad hoc support to the team.
The successful candidate will be organised, have inherent high standards and attention to detail. Being a client facing role a professional approach and confident rapport with people will be advantageous.
