Your new company
You will be working for a design and engineering company in the city centre of York. Their full time receptionist is going away for a week so they are looking for somebody to cover. This is a role for 1 week, Monday to Friday working 8.15am - 5.00pm
Your new role
Your new role will include;
- Meet and greet of visitors
- Signing them in and directing them
- Answering telephone calls taking messages
- Dealing with email correspondence
- Booking meetings and meeting rooms
- Ensuring the reception area is clean and tidy at all times
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position you will need previous reception experience and have excellent customer service skills. You must be approachable and well presented and be willing to go the extra mile. You will need to have a basic knowledge of MS Word, Outlook & Excel.
What you'll get in return
