You will be working for a leading Digital Real Estate Company based in London City

Your new role
You will be responsible for all front of house duties, including meeting and greeting guests, senior board level visitors, support the office manager as required, order office supplies, book meeting rooms, receive and sort post accordingly, liaise with building management , answer the telephone and gate keep if necessary, assist with setting up events and video conferences.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you must be able to work full 3 days Monday - Wednesday, have a background of corporate front of house work, you must be professional, personable with an excellent telephone manner and communication skills, have a 'can do' attitude and able to use Outlook and MS Word and PowerPoint.

In return :
In return you will have the opportunity to become a permanent employee after 3 months or be extended for an additional 3 months, you will have access to local amenities, close to all main train lines. 8.30 - 5.30 half hour lunch.
