Lloyd Recruitment Services is looking for an experienced Receptionist to join a lovely, very well established and reputable company based in the East Grinstead area.

The Receptionist job role is:

  • Covering the reception area
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Signing visitors in and giving out visitor badges
  • Answering calls and diverting calls
  • Signing for deliveries etc.
  • General office support when required

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven Receptionist experience
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Being able to provide an outstanding customer service at all time.
  • Good IT skills
