This is an ideal role for a professional receptionist who is extremely organised and is looking for a varied position; the ideal candidate is one who brings energy and enthusiasm to the role and who will, as the first point of contact, set the tone that is seen throughout the company, an ethos that is focused on delivering a professional , caring and customer focused experience

This role is for someone who genuinely enjoys being a receptionist, who engages with visitors who come into the Head Office as well as clients over the telephone; someone who recognises the importance of the role for the company as a whole

Answering and directing calls to the correct member of staff

Organising lunches, booking meeting rooms, travel and accommodation etc

Maintaining the reception area to the highest standard at all times, takes pride in their working environment
