Our client wishes to recruit a Receptionist to work within their Basingstoke office. Working within a small team environment, the ideal candidate will be very well presented, have professional communication skills and enjoy working in a customer facing role.
- Reception/front of house - Call answering, meeting and greeting clients and visitor’s.
- Arranging external contractors to visit site when required
- General administrative support to the Centre Manager dealing with ad hoc duties as required by the business.
- General housekeeping duties e.g. keeping reception area clean and tidy, replenishing bathrooms and kitchens with stock required e.g. milk, sugar, coffee, tea, toilet rolls, soap etc
The ideal candidate must be flexible, diplomatic, attentive and well presented
Basic Word and Excel experience preferred
