My client, an award winning communications consultancy based in London SE1, are looking to recruit a Receptionist

They have an excellent reputation for delivering successful outcomes for a range of clients.

Salary is £17,500 per annum.

About the role:

The Receptionist / Front of House Administrator will be joining a growing Administration team. They are looking for an exceptional candidate that has the right attitude, determination, and passion for communication.

The possibility of an apprenticeship may be offered at either six month or twelve month reviews.

The successful candidate will also be offered training and development opportunities through in-house and on the job training. They will also be provided with a mentor.

This role will allow the successful candidate the chance to learn front end public relations and communications from an award winning team and further highlight the possibilities open to them.

Duties involved:

Greet clients as they arrive
Answer telephones
Assist with administrative duties
Be responsible for maintaining meeting rooms
Maintaining office supplies
Any other ad hoc duties as they arise
