The role is to support be the first point of contact for an impressive and respected property business.
The client is an Edinburgh based, highly successful organisation who have multiple property sector interests.
Deliver comprehensive support to teams;
Engage with clients and manage queries;
Diary management and travel arrangement;
Act as first point of contact for calls and office visitors (important);
Preparation and execution of mail shots and letter templates;
Maintaining and managing databases and spreadsheets;
Assisting in the preparation and distribution of reports and agendas for meetings;
Ad hoc duties as requested by team members;
Willingness to support other personnel within the business;
Good telephone manner;
Experienced in Word and Excel;
Ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads;
Willingness to take on new challenges;
Willingness to be client / customer facing;
