We are a busy Law Firm in central London and have a vacancy for an experienced Receptionist to start in the New Year.

Duties will include preparing meeting rooms, greeting clients, answering internal and external calls, booking couriers and assisting with general administration duties when necessary.

Exceptional written and spoken English is essential as is relevant experience in a London law or professional services environment. This is a 12 to 18 month position and would suit an enthusiastic receptionist who is patient, friendly and speaks clearly on the telephone. Hours of work are based on a weekly alternating shift pattern of either 8am to 5pm, 9am to 6pm or 10am to 7pm.
