My client is looking to recruit a receptionist to work for a dynamic leader in providing safe, reliable and cost-effective repair workshop service to commercial vehicles, light vehicles, vans and HGVs

Key Responsibilities

* Front of house reception work
* Answering telephones and dealing with a range of basic, non-technical customer queries, escalating where necessary.
* Face to face customer enquiries
* To receive goods, keys and vehicles and documents as directed
* Record attendance, work performance, times taken and associated details on computer system
* Filing and general administrative duties as directed.
* Use of skills and performance of other work within normal grade/job skills as required by the workshop supervisor to the maximum workshop efficiency
* Undertake duties of assistance technician and workshop assistant as required

Key requirements

* Experience dealing with people both face to face and via telephone
* Computer literate
* Organised and used to working in an environment where the job tasks vary throughout the day.
* Working in a workshop environment or fleet environment would be advantageous.
