Based in the heart of Lichfield. This is a branded hotel.


The role of the receptionist is to meet and greet all of the guests and deal with enquiries at the hotel. You will also be using the booking system for check in/out.

Your day to day tasks will include;

  • Being super organised
  • Delivering top class service to guests
  • Using a booking system
  • Taking incoming telephone calls

Shift’s for the role are early’s (from 7am) - lates (until 11pm) and some mid shifts. Days vary and usually its 5 days out of 7 with MOST weekends in work.


My client is looking for candidates with great customer service skills. Most of the the time, the front desk is where the guests first impressions are made.

You will also need to be able to work various shifts due to the nature of the job.
