Receptionist - West London - exciting company, excellent opportunities

My client is a flexible serviced office provider, catering for a wide range of businesses from small or new startups to large corporates and project teams by offering flexible workspace and meeting facilities. This Reception involves:

- Being the point of contact both face to face with clients and guests

- Handlking inbound calls for clients.

- Acting as a daily point of contact for clients within the building

- Deal with enquiries and viewings

- Manage and maintain reception area

- Deliver excellent Customer Service

- Build and maintain client relationships

- Deal with client enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail

- Produce documents for the Centre use and manage data

- Carry out Health and Safety and floor checks across all areas throughout the day

- Manage meeting room bookings using the booking system

- Set-up of meeting rooms and additional requests (AV Equipment, catering etc)

- Provide admin support as required

- Set up client’s telephone and broadband services and provide ongoing assistance

- Assist with all client move ins and outs following Centre procedures
