My client, a successful law firm based in Liverpool city centre, is currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Typist.

This is a brand new role, and has a £16K per annum salary + benefits.

Working hours are 9am till 5:30pm Mon-Thurs, and on Friday (9am start) there will be an early finish.

Role details;
To be the first point of contact with incoming calls
Greeting clients on the phone and face to face
Typing documents and other various administrative duties
Booking meetings and coordinating stationary and refreshments

Skills required for the role;
Must have Reception and Typing experience, within a law firm would be preferable
Well organised and good timekeeping
