We are looking for an experienced receptionist to work for our client in Stoke-on-Trent. Duties will involve meeting and greeting visitors, suppliers and customers, greeting in a professional, warm and welcoming manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for booking hotels uk wide for construction staff, logging costings and expenses onto spreadsheets, and general administration work, so IT skills including MS word and Excel is essential. The successful candidate will be required for 6 months to cover maternity leave.
