Receptionist - Full Time Hours - Based in Leeds 15
Paying £15,500+ depending on experience
Immediate Start - Temporary to Permanent job
The role is based front of house on an extremely busy Reception desk and will involve answering a high volume of calls, screening, taking messages and transferring to the the relevant department.
Other aspects of the role will involve, meeting and greeting visitors and assisting with general administration duties as required. Admin duties will include ordering stationary, maintaining filing systems, dealing with incoming and outgoing post, data processing and other ad hoc duties
The successful person for this job would be someone with:
- Excellent communication skills and confident liaising with a wide variety of people
- Must work well under pressure in a busy and sometimes demanding environment whilst still providing a strong level of customer service.
- Will need to be well presented and professional as first point of contact for all visitors to the company
- A proactive and flexible approach will be required.
