Our client, a boutique Private Equity firm with offices across the globe, are seeking a professional, organised, polished and proactive Receptionist/ Team Assistant to join their office near Charing Cross. As the Receptionist/ Team Assistant you will be responsible for all reception duties and will provide administrative support to a team of Associates.
Day to day duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Screening and fielding calls
- Meeting room management
- Booking travel, lunches etc
- Facilities management
- Inputting data into the CRM system
- Office management duties
- Adhoc administrative support to the wider team
The ideal candidate will be a graduate with a minimum of two years previous experience in a similar role, the ability to work effectively under pressure and will be proficient in all Microsoft office programs.
