Receptionist/Senior Service Coordinator

Bourne Office Space is a provider of fully serviced office space operating from prime London locations. This job is in our Knightsbridge Office. In this position, your main focus will be providing high levels of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will play an important role in providing the first impression of the Business Centre, and therefore, the company as a whole. Working with a team dedicated to providing 5-star customer service, you will ensure the smooth running of the reception area and maintaining our high standards of customer service throughout the office.

Reception Service

  • Meet-and-Greet, including warm a professional welcome.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships in a professional manner
  • Notifying clients of all visitor arrivals promptly
  • Preparing and maintaining client files
  • Maintaining the reception aesthetics to ensure it looks neat and runs professionally at all times

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Ultrasoft Software is preferred.

Starting as soon as possible.

Hours: 9AM - 6PM
