This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Receptionist/Secretary to join this well established, highly regarded company.

Based on Reception you will be the first point of contact welcoming guests and visitors to the business and enjoy a varied, rewarding workload including -

Responsibility for the smooth running of the Reception area

Deal with all incoming calls, meet and greet clients and check in visitors

Provide administrative support

Prepare boardrooms for meetings

Scanning and archiving of documents and accounts

Correspondence and general secretarial support

Processing of credit card payments

Updating the Client Management system

Printing out of monthly reports

Ordering Stationary and other office supplies

Marketing data and mailing lists

Conference organising

Holiday, absence and expense forms

The successful individual will have proven receptionist/administrative experience, be resourceful and pro-active with excellent organisational skills. This position is being offered on either a full or part-time basis to be discussed at interview stage depending on what hours you a looking for.
