As one of the UK's leading independent professional services companies we are currently looking to recruit an experienced administrator at our Chester office. Your role would entail providing a high standard of secretarial support as part of the Tax team, ensuring all tasks are performed efficiently and in a consistently accurate and timely manner, as well as providing regular reception cover plus administrative support across the office.

Key responsibilities will include typing up letters, memos and reports on behalf of colleagues, producing reports, assisting with fee preparation, as well as opening, logging and distributing post plus photocopying, scanning and filing documents when required.

You will also be responsible for providing switchboard cover, meeting and greeting clients on their arrival, and ensuring that the reception area and meeting rooms are consistently maintained to a high standard.

o Excellent communication skills and ability to work on own initiative
o Experience with telephony systems, conference calling facilities, internal transfers etc
o Ability to manage your time and workload efficiently and effectively, working to deadline under supervision
o Confident, builds rapport with peers internally and externally
o Strong IT skills; Outlook, Word, Excel, plus excellent typing skills
