We are a small and friendly firm of Chartered accountants situated close to Holborn tube station. We require a full time office receptionist/general administrative assistant.
Duties may involve:
- Managing and distributing information and post
- Maintaining files
- Dealing with phone calls and emails
- Generating correspondence
- Greeting clients
- Organising meetings and managing diaries
We are looking for someone who has:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Highly responsible and dependable
- Competent use of Microsoft Office and IT literate
- Confidence and self-motivation
- Flexible and adaptable with the ability to prioritise tasks
- A 'can-do' attitude as you will need to assist in all aspects of office work
- Initiative and problem solving abilities
- Organised and methodical
