We are a small and friendly firm of Chartered accountants situated close to Holborn tube station. We require a full time office receptionist/general administrative assistant.

Duties may involve:

  • Managing and distributing information and post
  • Maintaining files
  • Dealing with phone calls and emails
  • Generating correspondence
  • Greeting clients
  • Organising meetings and managing diaries


We are looking for someone who has:

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Highly responsible and dependable
  • Competent use of Microsoft Office and IT literate
  • Confidence and self-motivation
  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • A 'can-do' attitude as you will need to assist in all aspects of office work
  • Initiative and problem solving abilities
  • Organised and methodical

Office hours are 09.30 to 17.30.
