Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Plymouth, Head Office

Salary: Competitive, Dependent on Experience

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time (8.30am - 4.30pm)

Founded in London in 1922 the company has been at the forefront of vehicle servicing & maintenance ever since. They are a business full of great people who care about their jobs, their colleagues and their customers. They are currently looking for someone to join the team as a full time Receptionist.

Duties:

  • Inbound/outbound mail
  • Email handling
  • Order inputting
  • Enquiries (incoming)
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Telephone
  • Other admin duties as time allows

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Excellent understanding of IT, experience of working with all MS programmes
  • Strong administration skills
  • Previous experience of reception work would be advantageous
