Receptionist (Part time hours 12-5pm Mon-Fri) Temp assignment from June - September 2020
Working for this flexible serviced office provider, supporting small businesses or start ups, to large corporates and project teams by offering flexible workspace and a range of other services.
This front of house role is pivotal to the smooth running of the organisation and duties may include:
- Being the first point of contact both face to face with clients and guests
- Meeting and greeting
- Answering calls
- Maintaining the reception area
- Delivering excellent customer service, building and maintaining client relationships.
- Carrying out H&S checks throughout the day
- Managing meeting room bookings and set up and organising additional requests
Hours: 12pm - 5pm (Monday to Friday)
