Working for this flexible serviced office provider, supporting small businesses or start ups, to large corporates and project teams by offering flexible workspace and a range of other services.

This front of house role is pivotal to the smooth running of the organisation and duties may include:

  • Being the first point of contact both face to face with clients and guests
  • Meeting and greeting
  • Answering calls
  • Maintaining the reception area
  • Delivering excellent customer service, building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Carrying out H&S checks throughout the day
  • Managing meeting room bookings and set up and organising additional requests

Hours: 12pm - 5pm (Monday to Friday)
