Receptionist (Part time, 16 hours per week)
We are looking to attract a receptionist to join our corporate services team in our Manchester office. This is a part time role, working 16 hours per week.
The role of receptionist is an important role at BLM and we pride ourselves on our customer service to our clients. Reception time is split between switchboard and front of house. When managing the switchboard, there is a focus on providing a high level service to internal and external customers, while on the reception desk, duties will include welcoming visitors, issuing passes, organising meeting rooms catering requirements and setting up video conferences.
We are keen to hear from candidates that have previous experience within a busy front of house role ideally within a progression environment. Impeccable communication skills are a must for this role and the ability to deal with queries in a calm and diplomatic manner.
