Receptionist/PA - Property Investment & Management - North West London

A leading and expanding property investment and management company currently located in W1 are actively seeking a Receptionist who has supported with PA and Office Management responsibilities to join them ASAP. You will be swiftly supporting with the impending office move to stunning offices in North West London (Swiss Cottage) and upon settling take on a busy and interesting role supporting a friendly team who want you to develop with the organisation. Supporting to CEO level with all business administrative tasks, arranging international and national travel including visas and accommodation, organising and maintaining directors diaries and making appointments, screening phone calls, meeting & greeting, dealing with incoming email, carrying out research, project support, document production, meeting organisation, approving invoices and maintaining petty cash, plan events for the company, HR administration for the organisation, maintaining the office and much more! Such an interesting role for the right person that is highly recommended for someone well-spoken, immaculately presented with a calm and positive demeanour.
