Receptionist/Office Assistant for Property Business

An established professional property business based in Birmingham is seeking a hands-on receptionist to hold overall responsibility for all front-of-house duties. The main goal will be to provide a high level of service for all clients. As a leading, progressive business with fantastic offices, this could be a valuable opportunity for a dynamic individual seeking their next challenge.

The role will primarily involve manning the telephone line; meeting and greeting guests; coordinating meetings; distributing post; assisting with travel arrangements; general administration such as archiving and filing and producing reports. This role is a combination of both front of house duties and office administration, and ideal for an individual who is keen to take on further responsibility. There will also be additional all round support for the executive team such as typing, reports, diary management and much more.

If you enjoy communicating at all levels, can demonstrate a delightful and personable demeanour and can provide a professional and efficient front-facing service, this may be the role for you. Ideally, you will have previous reception/administration experience alongside good academics.
