We are now tasked with sourcing a talented and personable Receptionist/Legal Secretary to join our clients’ flourishing practice in London. Providing support across the firm, the successful Receptionist/Legal Secretary will undertake a broad range of duties to include: attending and greeting clients and visitors to the office; answering and directing incoming calls; file opening, closing and archiving; preparing legal documents; audio typing and; general office administration. Strong communication and IT skills are essential for the position.

You must be a Receptionist or Legal Secretary with at least 12 months’ solid experience gained within a similar position.
You will ideally have prior experience gained within a reputable legal practice.
You will be IT literate with a fast and accurate typing speed.
You will be a team player with the ability to manage a full workload with minimal supervision, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy.
First class client care and communication skills are essential for the position.
