You will be part of the Office Services team whose main duty is to provide administrative and workplace services support to personnel and visitors. Whilst your main duties will be reception focussed, you may be required to support the wider Office Services team with general office administration duties as required. The Office Services team is currently made up of a manager, a co-ordinator, and two assistants.
You will manage the diaries of the office’s 6 meeting rooms and:
• Arrange meetings in the appropriate rooms through Outlook
• Arrange refreshments for vistors and in meeting rooms
• Prepare appropriate room set ups
• Set up audio/video requirements
This role will be working on a rotating shift pattern in which you will work 37 hours per week. The shifts will vary with the earliest start time being 8am and latest finish time being 7pm.
