Your new role
You will be responsible for meeting and greeting all clients/customers, answering all incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate people/teams, providing advice and support to customers, managing stationary stock levels and hospitality to guests as and when required. You will be providing additional support to teams and management as and when required in addition to this. You primary responsibility in short will be to provide world-class customer service to the brands customers and all visitors to the site.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in a customer facing Reception role where you have been managing a busy footfall and high numbers of calls. You must be motivated to deliver exceptional results and have proven experience in being customer centric. You will need to be well presented, articulate, reliable and driven. You should be proactive and like to be busy and understand the importance of creating excellent first impressions. You must have an excellent telephone manner and be IT literate.
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of £9-10ph including holiday pay. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8-4.30pm with 1 hour for lunch. This is an on-going temporary assignment expected to last 12 weeks +. There is free onsite parking. We are looking for immediately available candidates to start right away.
