**Exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/ Administrator!! A successful Investment Firm is looking for a Receptionist/ Administrator with minimal experience but with excellent communication skills!!**

JOB ROLE: Receptionist/ Administrator

JOB TYPE: Permanent

HOURS: Full Time

SALARY: £20,000

LOCATION: West End, London


  • Enter client data in databases
  • Maintain mailing lists
  • Update client data gathered from call-ins, as well as internet, mailed or faxed leads
  • Take off names of uninterested prospects
    • Preparation of marketing kits
    • Printing and supply of marketing pieces/company forms for internal and external use
    • Mail merge, printing and processing of marketing letters
    • Monitor inventory of office supplies, regularly placing and receiving orders
    • Sort, prioritise, categorise, and distribute incoming mail and packages
    • Sort, prioritise and franking of external post including Special Delivery, Recorded Delivery, etc.
    • Process outgoing UPS shipments
    • Audio-typing of letters and reports for Managing Director
    • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Fulfillment Manager


  • Excellent keyboarding skills with minimum of 45 wpm
  • Audio and copy typing skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, & Internet Explorer
  • Maintain confidentiality of office matters
  • Flexible, can multi-task and cope with changes in workload day-to-day and intra-day
  • Can meet several intra-day deadlines
  • Can assist or cover for other members of the Fulfillment team
  • Self starter
