We are seeking polished, professional, forward thinking Receptionists who understand the importance of 5* customer service and the importance of maintaining a positive image for the business.
As the first face of these prestigious professional services firms you will be required too..
-Meet and greet
-Prepare meeting rooms and refreshments
-Prepare Ipads and other equipment
-Manage meeting rooms
-Ensure policies and procedures are adhered too at all times
-Provide a positive image of the business
-Work with highly confidential information
-Manage the switchboard
-Liaise with hospitality
-Book taxis and sort post
-Maintain reservation records
-Take all calls in a professional and courteous manner
One role is 9-5 M-F and the other on 8 hour shifts between 7am-11pm M-F.
We are seeking candidates from either a corporate professional services environment or from a 5* hotel or top airline service.
