Receptionist for market leading company!
We are currently partnered with a fantastic SME, a market leader within its field. They are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Receptionist to join them. They offer some fantastic benefits, including pension and 25 days holiday and the role is based near Maidenhead, Berkshire. You will ideally have your own transport due to the client's location but the company is easily accesible from Reading, Berkshire, Slough, Henley-on-Thames & Bracknell. The shifts are from 7am - 11pm with NO WEEKENDS!
The role entails the following:
•To ensure the reception area and switchboard is covered at all times.
•To provide the necessary assistance to all delegates, visitor and members of staff
•Checking In / Out of guests
-Ensure guests are booked in on the correct tariff and allocate the correct room type
-Ensure all required charges are posted to the guests bill before they check out
-Acknowledge guests immediately as they arrive at the desk
•Receiving and inputting Bed and Breakfast Booking / and group bookings and updating them as required:
-Ensure all bookings are entered ASAP.
•Answering the Switchboard
•Receiving and checking paperwork
•Signing in and directing of delegates
•Signing in of all visitors
•Other general duties such as sending faxes, booking taxis, guests/staff queries etc.
The client is looking for someone with great customer service skills (ideally previous Reception / Switchboard experience), as well as having strong communication skills. Multi tasking is also key to the role.
