Receptionist for Exciting Law Firm!

A reputable and well-established law firm based in Manchester City Centre are seeking a proactive and skilled Temporary Receptionist to handle calls professionally, greet clients and provide an excellent front desk service.

This exciting role will primarily involve:

  • Managing the busy switchboard

  • Greeting of all visitors, including clients and solicitors

  • Keeping the log of international calls

  • Coordination of internal and external telephone and conferences

  • Provision of refreshments

  • Organisation of travel arrangements

  • Maintenance of the reception area

  • General administration when required including scanning and faxing

The ideal receptionist will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Professional and switched-on approach

  • Ideally some reception or front facing experience

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Refined telephone manner

  • Exposure within a professional services environment preferable
