Receptionist for creative business - part-time!

A creative design business based in Birmingham City Centre is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Receptionist to provide an all-round front-facing service within a busy, exciting and varied office. You’ll be responsible for supporting the wider office when necessary, completing extensive administration and potentially assisting with workload in other departments!

The business is seeking a motivated and positive self-starter who would strive for improvement and innovation in all tasks. The role will involve managing meeting rooms; inducting new starters; handling telephone calls efficiently; assisting with catering requirements and refreshments for clients; making orders for the office when necessary; processing invoices and distributing relevant documentation.

This is an all-round, varied position that could require work on ad-hoc projects as and when required. Great communication skills are a must with the ability to prioritise your workload and use initiative

This is a part-time role working 2 days per week.

If you have receptionist/administration experience, it would be a great bonus! However, this role would suit an impressive graduate with excellent academics and a professional demeanor. Creativity, initiative and efficiency are all valued within this business.
