Receptionist & Facilities Coordinator

Are you a highly organised and proactive individual with experience in a fast-paced Reception environment?

An exciting well-established brand are looking for a Receptionist & Facilities Coordinator to join their UK Division, as part of a global organisation based in Buckinghamshire. This individual will be tasked with welcoming first point of contact to visitors and customers into the business.

As the Receptionist & Facilities Coordinator you will play an integral part in representing a business who put their employee's and customers at the heart of everything they do within this warm and energetic organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all internal and external customers and suppliers efficiently and in a timely manner
Supervise all signing in and out for all contractors on site
Manage all incoming and outgoing post
Be the main point of contact for all Facilities issues and enquiries
Accountability of managing the staff carpark including rota's and visitors on site parking


An honest and articulate professional who has previous experience within a fast-paced Reception or Facilities environment. Alternatively, you may have experience within Reception, Customer Service or Facilities and are looking for your next challenge.

An excellent telephone manner with a professional and positive nature.

A proactive approach with a natural ability to react quickly to problems and find relevant solutions with a customer focussed approach will be key to your success.

Your relationship skills must be second to none to ensure all stakeholders feel supported and informed.
