Receptionist/Facilities Administrator Temp

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Receptionist/Facilities Administrator to start the beginning of April 2018. You will be working for an Independent Family Business.



. Greet visitors and provide them with a ID card.
. Using the switchboard to answer all internal and external calls and transferring all calls to the relevant departments.
. Dealing with Couriers and signing for parcels.
. Booking meeting rooms and arranging travel for internal and external staff.
. Arranging lunches for visitors to site.


. Dealing with deliveries to site and arranging for items to be collected.
. Reporting any break downs - water, heating & electrics.
. Contacting contractors to arrange for them to come on site to fix any problems.
. Assist with office relocation's.
. General administration tasks.
