Receptionist/Customer Service Host - Interviews ASAP

Demon Recruitment Group currently require a Receptionist/Customer Service host to join their corporate client in the Heathrow area.

The hours of work are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm plus 1 Saturday in 4 - This will be paid as overtime

Duties will include:

  • Greeting Customers and Visitors
  • Engage with people over phone and in person
  • Upholding first class level of customer service
  • Offer refreshments, make sure customer is comfortable
  • Open post and distribute accordingly
  • Frank and Prepare post
  • Listen to voice-mails and pass of messages
  • ADHOC Admin duties

Experience/skills required:

  • Excellent customer handling skills
  • High level of verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong IT skills

This role is looking for an immediate start so will not be suitable for candidates on more than 1 weeks notice
