Receptionist - Central London

Up to £20k + bonus + benefits + friendly team environment + 9-5pm working hours + Central London location

Our client is a successful global construction development organisation, currently invested in exciting Residential build projects in and around London. They now require a Receptionist to be first point of contact for Clients visiting their HQ in Central London

Key responsibilities include;

  • Welcome, assist and direct visitors
  • Receive calls and direct them to the appropriate recipient
  • Offer information and assistance to visitors & staff
  • Maintain general filing system & databases
  • Set schedules, plan meetings, appointments & conferences
  • Monitor & maintain inventory supplies in the office & order accordingly
  • Type, scan & copy documents / offer admin support to the team if required
  • Arrange, distribute and track office post & couriers

Receptionist profile;

  • A’ level standard or equivalent qualifications
  • Ideally 1 years’ reception experience in a corporate business environment
  • Assist the CEO’s PA with administrative tasks as and when required
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite & database systems
  • Polished appearance and communication skills / able to handle 'exacting’ clients or customers
  • Well-organised, efficient, friendly & polite
  • Self-motivated, keen to take on further responsibilities & grow with the Business
