For this role you must have previous experience in the following:-
- Customer services experience - dealing with clients on the telephone
- Call handling experience - business
- Reception or vitual reception experience
You will also need the following:-
- A clear telephone manner
- Your own Laptop or PC
- Good internet connection
- USB headset - this can be purchased if succesful
It's taking calls on behalf of professional individuals - so acting as their Receptionist/message taker - taking names, telephone numbers, a reference and basic info before putting the call through to the corect person.
It's working from home but possibly returning to the office when Government guidelines allow - the office is in Borehamwood - SO YOU MUST BE HAPPY WORKING FROM HOME and be able to travel to Borehamwood in the future
Once you have been screened and submitted to my client you will be offered a Whatsap video interview. If successful you are then given an instruction manual to read (this will take appox 30 mins) and your IT is connected ready for you to start a trial/training period for which you are paid hourly at £9.
After you have undertaken and passed the trial/training you then work on a self-employed basis (it's not an hourly rate but pay is per call taken and you should be taking about 20 calls per hour - so you should earn approx £80 per day)
The hours are:-
FULL TIME FROM 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday
PART TIME is possible at a min of 3 days per week
