Receptionist Business Center

This is no average Reception role, it is extremely hands on and allows you to play a big part in the successful operating of our co-working Clubs.

As a Receptionist you are the first person visitors and members are greeted by. You need to be extremely friendly and give a 10/10 experience to everyone who walks through the door.

You will get to build meaningful relationships with our Members, learning about the incredible businesses they’re creating and helping to connect them to others in our community!

You will work alongside the Operations Co-Ordinators and Club Managers to ensure the smooth running of the Clubs on a day-to-day basis but will be required to work using your own initiative.

The purpose of the business is to transform the way people work and provide cooperative office space where we provide support, enabling businesses to grow in a coo-working concept.

Your responsibility:

•Assist Club Managers and Coordinators in the daily running of the club

•Welcoming visitors to the club and assisting with the sign in process

•The face and first impression visitors have when entering at the Club

•Answering phone calls and assisting with enquiries/ transferring calls

•Receive and sort mail/deliveries

•Curating Magical Moments: Ensuring meaningful and valuable cross-Club connections and collaborations to encourage our members to thrive and grow

•Be a main point of contact for our members when they have queries

•Regularly updating our social media platforms

•Arrange and host Member events and promote them to our network

Our Ideal Candidate Would Have:

•A background in hospitality or within a customer-oriented business.

•Experience working within a co-working space, or building communities.

•Keen interest in entrepreneurship and in business growth & development.

•Outstanding communication and listening skills.

•Natural connector and enabler.

•Exceptional organisational skills.

•Highly motivated individual who is happy to work in a distributed team.

•Willing to travel.

•Fluent in English and eligible to work in the UK
