Three60 Recruitment are on the lookout for a professional, independent receptionist, to join a wonderful team in Central Birmingham, on a full time, permanent basis.
Our client, an established and professional law firm, are looking for a reliable, experienced receptionist, who can work well during changes to paces of work.
You will use a switchboard, answer incoming calls, respond to emails, sort incoming post and letters and liaise effectively with colleagues to ensure communication is accurate at all levels.
Based central to both New Street and Snow Hill stations, you will be local to Birmingham, and have a good background of reception work in a professional services setting.
Ideally you will have worked as a Receptionist for a law firm previously, otherwise a similar corporate setting.
Our client provides a good working environment, a welcoming team and a strong long term role for the right person.
There will be a good amount of time spent working alone, and independently, so you will be happy to work in this way, and trusted to work in this environment.
- Minimum 3 years reception experience
- Ideally experience within a law firm, or similar setting
- Happy to work independently
- Able to start fairly soon
